After you've been cracked wide open.
Conscious channeling and narrative mentoring for women ready to release inherited patterns, heal ancestral grief, and choose themselves as love.
Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns.

The opening
The crack isn't the problem. The crack is the opening.
You've been cracked wide open by loss, by a marriage, by a slow unraveling you couldn't name at the time. And afterward, you did everything right. You read the books, did the work, followed the rules of healing - yet the weight remains.
You were taught that being a good woman means running yourself ragged. So you give your power away, a little at a time, and call it love. But choosing yourself isn't the opposite of love. It is love. It's alignment with your oversoul, the divine aspect of who you are. And every time you choose it, your vibration rises and your light burns brighter.
We think we're fighting our own anxiety, our own blocks. Often we're fighting a script - one written for us three generations ago.
I am here to help you burn the draft.
For the woman who knows "fine" isn't enough
You are successful, capable, and perhaps even "healed" by society's standards.
But you feel an emptiness that a diagnostic code cannot explain. You are at a crossroads, sensing that a new version of yourself is trying to be born - but your mother's story, or your grandmother's grief, is holding the pen.
Together, we go directly to the source.
Ancestral Patterns
Revealing the beliefs and stories passed down through your maternal line that you're living as if they're your own.
Soul Contracts
Breaking the silent agreements that keep you small.
Narrative Rebirth
Rewriting your identity with a storyteller's precision.

Why this work, and why me
Three decades of clinical training, and a gift she stopped explaining away.
For three decades, I trained clinicians, psychologists, and psychiatrists nationwide in measurement-based care, and worked with leaders to implement it across large behavioral health organizations. I wasn't in the therapy room. I was helping reshape how therapists work.
But I kept noticing the same thing: real change happens when we integrate the human with the oversoul - merging heaven and earth, so we can create our reality with intention rather than from unconscious beliefs inherited from generations past.
In 2023, I left the mental health field to work as a Conscious Channel and Narrative Mentor. I am no longer bound by the medical model. I don't diagnose you; I witness you. I don't "treat" you; I help you see what's underneath.
The alchemy of your story
Three lenses, one work
My work sits at the intersection of clinical training, creative craft, and channeling.
The Clinical Lens
30 years of understanding how the mind protects itself - and how systems keep us stuck.
The Creative Lens
As an MFA writer and novelist, I see the plot holes in your life - the places where your narrative has been hijacked by ancestral ghosts.
The Divine Lens
My channeling lets me receive messages from my spirit team and oversoul that reveal the beliefs you're holding without realizing it.
I am not your therapist. I am a guide for your next evolution.

"If you feel the pull toward this work, it isn't an accident. Your intuition is signaling that the old story has reached its final page."
Let's write the next one. The one where you're whole, fully in your power, and your shine burns brighter than it ever could have before you were cracked open.
"I started working with Susan one year after losing my son to an accidental overdose. She gently, and kindly walked beside me as I processed my grief, which included guilt, regret, and despair. She helped me find purpose in my life after such a tragic loss. She helped me change my life."
"Susan has helped me to understand to pay attention to my experiences and feelings as they arise. When I have a feeling, it's attached to a belief, and I can change my beliefs any time I want to."
Begin
Let's write the next chapter.
Tell me a little about where you are. I read every note myself and will be in touch.
For Rocky
This work is dedicated to my brother, Brian "Rocky" MacLeod Hathaway Jr., who never stopped reminding me: "If you're not busy building your dreams, you're busy helping someone else build theirs." Rocky, this one's for you.
